Account use
Access to the TCI platform is granted to organisations under a subscription agreement with Tiepoint AS. Individual operators must be authorised by their organisation's administrator. Sharing credentials or granting access to unauthorised individuals is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You must comply with all applicable aviation regulations when operating drones through the platform. Flights outside legal airspace, in restricted zones, or without required permits are strictly prohibited. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically download platform data. Abusive use of the livestream infrastructure — including generating excessive load or attempting to access streams belonging to other organisations — is prohibited.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiepoint AS's aggregate liability for any claims arising under or related to these terms is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Tiepoint AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of Trondheim, Norway, as the venue of first instance.
Changes
Tiepoint AS may update these terms from time to time. We will notify your organisation's administrator by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
